Responsibilities: • Manage all resources optimally to produce products in accordance with manufacturing process standards and quality standards• Check the weekly & daily production plan and analyze the operation results• Analyze the chronic equipment problems and make improvements after consultation with the maintenance team• Improve the production of engine at minimal cost• Identify the causes of processes and equipment that exceed target cycle times and come up with the improvement plan and execute it• Establish a countermeasure against quality defects• Conduct quality control checks that entail inspecting, operating and testing completed products• Check safety protective equipment and improve safety barriers• Review and promote the application of the engineering change orders• Control the current consumption status, inventory of production consumables and make a purchase request.• Review the recruitment or placement and training of production employees• Identify the current consumption status and inventory of production consumables and make a purchase request• Prepare reports to upper management• Manage there to be no inconsistency between parts status of production site and IT system Requirements: • University degree of mechanical education• 3 or 5 years significant work experience in automobile gear or engine parts of powertrains machining• Strong understanding the function of each part of the engine like 3C & functional part• Experience in machining engineering concerned engine part (especially cast iron casting and aluminum diecasting material)• Experience in an automotive production line• Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings• Intermediate English level or better (Preferential Korean language)• Excellent computer skills, SAP and Auto Cad We offer: • Wide development opportunities• Lunch compensation• Medical insurance (after 3 months probation period)• Working day: 5 days a week from Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00
