We've already launched in Spain, Italy, and Portugal, with 180 000 monthly active users in all countries. Swoo users can add to the app loyalty cards from their favorite stores, get discounts at checkout with their smartphones, and share cards with friends. Users have already added more than 1 million cards to the app. Swoo is tapping into the fast-growing FinTech market, and the app is expected to become a unicorn, targeting 100M active users and the presence on European markets and beyond. What you will be doing
Be responsible for mobile App development (authorization, user content generation, main screen and etc.). Your key metrics will be MAU and Retention. Lead the product roadmap, establish a shared vision and alignment with all stakeholders. Identify customer needs and business opportunities through a combination of user research, collecting feedback from cross-functional teammates, diving into data, and competitive analysis. Own the features through the entire product lifecycle: ideation, discovery, planning and delivery. Be responsible for evaluation of the impact of features on business and user experience. Work closely with engineering team, UX designers, system and data-analysts, customer care team, other PMs. Contribute to Swoo overall product strategy and product development process
What skills and experience you need
5+ years of proven success leading consumer-facing mobile products (mainly content products). An eye for great UX/UI and good understanding of design best practices. Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, technically conversant and able to collaborate easily with engineers and designers. Advanced data management skills. A result-oriented mindset. Fluent English, both oral and written
Nice to have
Experience in working for international companies. Proven experience in developing global products
