Dear applicants! Sino Services has opened a vacancy for the position of “Account Manager's Assistant” responsible for legal services in Hong Kong and China. Sino Service Group is a licensed corporate service provider in Hong Kong and providing a range of services for foreign companies in Hong Kong and China. Our services are company incorporation, account opening, accounting, obtaining licenses, trade marks, work visas, resident permits, settling disputes, revising international contracts, and many more. At this moment we look for account manager's assistant to manage accumulated orders of the accounting and annual audit of our clients. This vacancy might fit fresh graduates or candidates with short work experience. Duties: Assisting Account Manager on various occasions on matters related to the following processes: - Consulting on company registration, opening bank accounts in Hong Kong and mainland China, as well as other services provided; - Assistance in timely execution of audit reports, interactions between Hong Kong auditors and specific clients; - Assistance in the acquisition and maintenance of ready-made companies in Hong Kong and mainland China; - Interaction with colleagues and partners in Hong Kong and China on designing the best solutions to fulfil customer needs; - Assisting clients in preparing the necessary documents for registering a company and other services in China; - Monitoring and control of the execution of orders, informing customers about the progress of its implementation; - Regular interaction with colleagues from the Chinese representative office to track the status of the current projects; - Working with presentations, preparation of commercial offers, control of payments; ​​​​ Requirements: Finance, Law, Economics faculty graduate; Perfect language communication skills in English and in Mandarin. Job responsibilities include daily work with documents, correspondence and periodic oral communication in the English and Chinese languages; Experience in the field of foreign legal support, preferably in companies specialising in consultations in the field of offshore and international tax planning will be a big advantage Conditions: Market salary +% of completed projects; the final income level is discussed with a successful candidate for an interview based on the professional qualities of the applicant; Standard working hours 9-18: address: m.
