The main purpose of the job is to provide analytical support related to the consumer proposition / products performance as well as to provide conclusions , summary and options for management business decisions making processes. Responsibilities:
Define and Build the data analysis to evaluate marketing initiatives and campaign & category results with detailed findings and implications and present to key stakeholders at all levels Provide the insights to the organization on appropriate metrics, scorecards and dashboards to optimize performance Develop the way for result visualization and create the slides with analytical insights for senior team members and key stakeholders Analyze and evaluate category performance and penetration within representatives and build recommendation to maximize the sales Participation in past periods results evaluation, analyze actual results versus the forecast, prior year, targets and provide comments on deviations of actual results in comparison to forecast Investigate and find the best practices about the marketing analytics and ensure the implementation Collaborate with IMI group, with sales and finance analytics Make the projections of marketing KPI’s performance based on internal and external data, define the risks and opportunities, make the required communications to stakeholders Business cases for marketing activations calculation and post evaluation Provide recommendations for activations plans adjustment to maximize the investments’ effectives Lead analytics work stream for projects
Requirements: - 3-5 years experience in internal analytics, reporting , forecasting ( in Marketing or Sales departments preferably) - Experience in business performance analytics, conclusions and summary providing, recommendations development and presenting to management -Experience in business KPI’s modeling and performance development options evaluation, risks & opportunities assessment for management decisions making process - Power point– advanced user - Advanced Excel (macroses) user - Strong working knowledge of relational databases and advanced knowledge of Access, SQL - Tableau, Python, Mircostrategy BI working knowledge as benefit
