This is a work from home position. Who We Are We are the most popular solar website in the world – over 2.4 million users each year Our website: is a database of all the companies in the solar industry that allows users to find suppliers and customers. We built ENF Solar 15 years ago because we wanted to improve the environment by making the solar industry more profitable. Having succeeded, we recently built a similar website for the Recycling industry; Who You Are: 1. You are a courteous and honest person who demonstrates a high level of business etiquette 2. A well-grounded sales person with proven track record of sales achievements 3. You have strong references in the sales field 4. You care about the environment 5. Very good English (Listening, Speaking & Writing) 6. Other languages - French, Italian, German, Spanish, Korean, Japanese, Chinese or Arabic will be an added advantage 7. You are a dedicated and ambitious salesperson looking for a long-term job as well as development & growth with us What You’ll Be Selling: 1. Advertising packages on ENF Recycling and ENF Solar websites 2. Selected databases of companies An example of what you will be selling, as presented by our founder and CEO, is as follows: Your Core Responsibility: You will be making sales calls, answering customer inquiries, writing notes and reports, closing deals and securing your monthly target – as well as acting as ongoing account manager to the customers you secure. You will only be calling companies forwarded to you by our ENF research team so you need not worry about the research part. Job Requirements 1. You have a strong and stable internet connection, your own working PC or laptop and the ability to secure data shared between us 2. You will initiate and engage in sales calls most of the time via Zoom, Skype, Telephone or similar methods of communication. (All communication to be recorded) 3. You will strictly comply to company policies, procedures, code of ethics and selling regulations 4. Accept to work exclusively for ENF throughout our contractual agreement 5. Accept to work 8 hours per day, 5 days a week (total of 40 work-hours per week) - Full time freelancer, or, 6. Accept to work 4-6 hours per day 5 days a week (total of 20-30 work-hours per week) – Part time freelancer Remuneration - Basic wage: USD 8 per Hour - Commission: 5% of total sales (includes future sales you make to the customers such as upsell and renewal). This commission is uncapped and should make the majority of salary for an established good talent salesperson. - The company shall pay communication expenses required for you to do your job efficiently; e.g. Skype credits or Zoom subscription - Wages are paid from overseas – you will need to invoice us, receive bank transfers in Euros or UK Pounds and organise your own taxes
