A successful candidate will be someone who stays abreast of the latest digital/social technologies and can leverage this knowledge to help our teams in attracting and hiring the top-talents for Grid Dynamics. What you'll be doing:
Develop and drives the employer brand strategy ensuring alignment with the recruitment and overall business strategy and priorities regionally Be the ambassador of Grid Dynamics organizational culture, plan, and implement organizational culture activities. Conduct prospective planning and budgeting as required Develop the career social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, DOU, Glassdoor, etc.) as both a brand strategy and candidate generation tool to drive engagement strategies and metrics Ensure our career site continues to be a true and relevant reflection of who we are as an employer Cooperate closely with our Business Heads, Recruitment and HR Teams to develop sourcing strategies to meet current and future hiring needs Participate in the organization of external events (conferences, meetups, etc.) Cooperate with educational establishments by sponsorships, job fairs, open lectures, etc. Write and edit texts of various genres created for various audiences, including corporate newsletter Monitor marker best practices in the area of event management and Employer Brand Monitor and analyze HR Brand metrics
Requirements:
Higher education 2-3 years of relevant experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be able to write a compelling story English is a must (upper-intermediate) Experience of work in IT HR (HR Marketing, HR Project management) or IT PR is required Experience writing, editing and managing a library of written and multimedia content Stress-resistance and optimism Good time-management skills Responsible, details oriented, attentive Teamwork and ability to collaborate
