Analysis of target audience Analysis of competitors Forecasting of TO, costs and net profit Analysis of financial indicators and adjustment of budget categories Interaction with the other departments: commercial managers, supply managers, production department, for building a unified commercial policy and getting the most efficiency from the ongoing campaigns Creating an assortment matrix for an online store, marketplaces, and consider missing offer online Preparation of reports and presentations
