Responsibilities:
Technical support of Account managers at pre-sales stage and Project Managers at implementation stage Work for Customers (Operators and G&E) as Pre-Sale on relevant Company products and solutions in IP(Router&IPRAN/PTN),Ethernet switch(access/aggregation/core) Collect&analysis market information of customer and telecommunication industry. Build new/maintain old relationship with technique customer. Analysis/clarify technical requirements with customer, provide customer technical/product solutions Preparation of specifications and documentation based on the requirements from the customer Make presentations to represent solutions
Requirements:
Higher Education in Electrical Technique or Telecommunication; Knowledge of communication industry, especially in enterprise field: knowledge of IP network (Router) and Ethernet network(Switch) or transport network(PTN/IPRAN); Ability to make technique solutions(protocol/topology/device suggestion) for operator and G&E customer Good communication and presentation skills; Good planning and organization skills Spoken/Written Level of English
