We are looking for a thinker-marketer with strong quantitative reasoning skills and an appetite for applying those skills to marketing/business initiatives. Successful candidates will have proven experience in designing and executing quantitative approaches to tune marketing strategies and tactics appropriately. So we would be happy to hear about successful business cases you were involved in. Responsibilities: Update/build web analytics infrastructure
Conduct an extensive audit of our websites' performance (for ex. www.ebhforex.com and other), tagging and analytics set up, existing tracking capabilities, and other relevant aspects of our web analytics. Develop an understanding of our customer journeys and product/service elements (including Events, Goals, etc.). Create an infrastructure strategy to ensure effective and consistent web analytics, improve SEO (in collaboration with our Web Devs), utilising understanding from audit and work with stakeholders. Contribute to the growing marketing stack from the analytics perspective, including plans to build out detailed tracking in Google Analytics and potentially a product/behavioural analytics platform. Improve internal data architecture
Support and enhance marketing activities
Help design and implement marketing and other activity tracking standards (UTM etc.) to ensure all forms of activity are accurately tracked and reported on. Work closely with the Marketing and Development teams to optimise landing pages, email campaigns, the website etc. to improve conversions. Form ways to identify the roles customers are playing when engaging with our website
Report, test and insights
Based on our teams' requirements across the company, develop a collection of automated and easy-to-use reports on the journal, portfolio, and company-wide web performance. Where needed, provide training, advice and documentation on how best to access and understand web analytics data. When required (or where relevant) give support to research projects and or product/activity testing (A/B, multivariate, etc.) through adaptive web analytics
Requirements:
Relevant educational background Ability to present successful business cases Experience with GА, AdWords or similar Ability to collaborate with diverse multinational teams, to gather business requirements, and generate relevant outcomes Fluent English and Russian (С2) to communicate easily with colleagues Ability to work autonomously and as a part of a project team Experience in the financial service industry will be considered an advantage
