Responsibilities:
Lead Demand Planning Teams : CFT; F&H for RUCA and Ukraine & Georgia Lead Excess & Obsolescence Team for RUCA and Ukraine & Georgia Lead SC analysts team Drive Integrated Business planning (IBP) process in the areas of monthly Snap Gap and Demand Review to ensure that risks defined and mitigation actions are supported with products available OTIF, provide inputs to Inventory Management Board (IMB) Integrate Demand planning
Through daily management to ensure continuous improvement of forecast accuracy which have to result in product availability at right time with minimized excess Requirements:
University degree preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain or Business 7 to 9 years varied supply chain experience preferably in the FMCG industry Minimum 5 years managerial experience of Supply Planning, Inventory Management or Demand Planning Prior responsibility managing the entire sales and operations planning process (S&OP) Effective self-starter who will drive change and challenge traditional environment Superior organization and prioritization abilities Good collaborative and matrix management skills Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills Power user of MS Excel, Access, and advanced planning software Fluent English is a must
