Novotel Adagio Ibis Moscow Kievskaya is looking for a passionate and guest-oriented ROOM DIVISION MANAGER Our Room Division Manager will be responsible for:
Monitor service and standards in all room division departments (FO, Bell section, Reservation, Housekeeping). Handle guests requests and report guests complaints or problems to Guest Relation Management Officer of the hotels Ensure efficiency of all sections in room division are managed according to the established concept statements and adhere to company and hotels policies & procedures Detail oriented with a good understanding of the service in three brands Team leader, well organized, efficient in training and coaching Strong front office and housekeeping background Prepare monthly forecast and appropriate employees` schedule Monitor all costs and recommend measures to control them Ensure that the division operational budget is strictly adhered
Our Room Division Manager obtains the following qualifications:
Fully proficient in Russian as well as English Minimum 2 years on similar position in a minimum of 300 rooms hotel Excellent negotiation and communication skills Advanced analytical and problem solving skills
