Support manager (remote) / customer support (usa) (remote)
Studyworld (https: //studyworldmedia. com/) - EdTech company both in Russian and in international space. Since 2012 we have been creating and supporting products helping to study from anywhere in the world: from the hinterland of harsh Siberia to sunny Brazil. We are almost 100 people now! Our projects operate in the United States, Canada, Brazil, Russia and CIS. We are looking for a strong customer support specialist for Studybay project, a website providing educational services worldwide (remote). Experience and skills:
- Excellent fluent English, both oral and written is a must; - Exceptional speaking skills. Candidates with British accent will have an advantage; - A minimum of 1 year of prior experience in customer support or a similar position; - Cool, calm and collected - ready to make outbound calls and take inbound calls; - Strong communication skills; - Ability to work without supervision; - Ability to work under stress; - Action-oriented, positive mindset.
- Perform administrative duties on the website; - Provide customer support via multiple communication channels, including online chat, email and telephone. - Gather feedback for the tech team. - Work with the CRM software. - Manage accounts for both clients and writers.
- Compensation - up to 20, 000; - Night shifts (21: 00 to 03: 00); - An opportunity to work from anywhere in the world.
